Looking to deepen your Yoga practice and really feel the benefits of relaxation? Through yoga, we are able to transform both our physical and metal states to a place we may never have explored before. This experience can be so life changing and it became clear to me after only a few months of practice that I wanted to share this with those who seek it. While helping others gain physical strength and improve their mental health, I focus on creating a Sattvic tone to relax your body and mind. A strong savasana (final resting pose) is an important part of each class often with guided meditation and breath work.
