Looking to deepen your Yoga practice and really feel the benefits of relaxing into your body? Yin yoga stretches and targets the deeper connective tissues between the muscles, and the fascia throughout the entire body. The aim is to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility as the poses stretch and exercise those tighter joint areas. It also helps us to regulate the body's flow of energy and prepares you for a relaxing savasana (final resting pose).
